THE GALLERY IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE WINTER.
SEE YOU AGAIN IN SPRING 2016!
We offer a unique perspective on art and western culture focusing on a select group of artists whose talent and personality is worthy of your attention.
We do not simply represent the “work” of artistic creation, but also the extraordinary human beings and their meaningful contributions to our lives.
Located at 138 Grand Avenue in downtown Paonia, the Glennie Coombe Gallery resides in a recently restored historic building with an authentic ornamental tin ceiling, original hardwood floors and an ice cream parlor next door.
The Gallery rotates exhibits of fine western Colorado artists and artisans.
The gallery focuses on displaying work from local artists, work that is in some way inspired by the surrounding landscape and sensibility of western Colorado. We are proud to showcase work by artists like Forest Hart, Suki Strong, William Matthews, and many more.
Visit our Artist’s Portfolio to see work from our many fine artists.
“Valley of Abundance”
This remarkable mural, painted by Seth Meyers, graces the exterior wall of the historic building that houses the Glennie Coombe Gallery and Ollie’s Ice Cream Parlor.
